Our primary goal is to present the trend in education for fathers in recent years. For example, the nonprofit organization Fathering Japan, founded in 2006, aims to create happy fathers and encourage present and future fathers to play a more active role in child rearing. When we examine approaches for public supporting home education implemented by Japanese government, we obtain that the point of attention about fathers has been changed from father's childcare support to father's education which focuses on father's learning as a parent.
